The Cross and the Passover

2021-08-14 09:03
Many churches insist the cross is the just symbol of churches, not the object for worship.
How about God's idea? In the point of view of God, the cross is an idol in front of God.
God hates the idols because the idol means the object for worship other gods.
Then, is it okay with making the cross as the reason they don't worship the cross? In the Bible, if once making any images is the idolatry.

Ex 20:4 You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.

The erecting cross is certainly idolatry itself. There is no exception in front of God.
Now, how can they worship and put God's hate idol on the top of the church or in there?

Because they don't keep the Passover. Why?
If they keep the Passover, they can distinguish what is true God or other pagan gods.
They don't keep the Passover. So, they can regard the cross is not an idolatry with the brave heart.

Now, we can even distinguish what the true church is from not, can't we?
Let's open our spiritual eyes and get rid of evil things around us and in us.

Amen. The cross is just an idol. They said that the cross is a symbol of church to commemorate the sacrifice of Jesus. However, if we truly want to commemorate the sacrifice of Christ, we should keep the New Covenant Passover. Jesus established the New Covenant Passover through His blood. So those who keep it are the one who commemorate Christ's sacrifice.

The cross is an idol that we should not make. However, many Christians believe that the cross is a symbol of the church. That is why they install on top of the church or set up inside the church and worship it. God already knows this and recorded in the Bible to give us the lesson. We should remember that the reason why our Jesus Christ died on the cross. He shed His blood and complete His promise that He made on Passover day. The important thing that we should believe is our God sacrificed to give us eternal life through Passover. Let us keep the Passover according to God's will!

Jesus sacrificed on the cross for our salvation by establishing the Passover of the New Covenant. We would keep the Passover rather than set up and worship the idols

The cross can never be a symbol of church. The cross did not exist in the church for hundreds of years since the establishment of the early Church. We should not erect the cross but keep the Passover.

God told us not to make any images when we believed in God, and warned us that making, erecting, hanging, or holding images is idolatry.
We do not have the power to be saved on our own.
Because the only savior is God, if we really want to be saved,
We must not believe in God according to our own thoughts, but we must believe according to God's will.
Instead of committing a sin against God's will through idolatry such as the cross, we must become God's children who live the life of faith in the way God wants us to.

Making the cross is worshiping idol. We must worship God by keeping the feasts of God. Through the Passover, we have to celebrate God's sacrifice.

Cross is a mere idol which cannot give us salvation. On the contrary, those who worship the cross violate the commandments of God.

Althought many churches claim that cross is a symbol of church, it's not allowed to set up a cross. We must learn from the history of Israel. The Israelites who worshipped idols were cursed and destoryed.

Jesus shed blood on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. We should keep the Passover of the new covenant to commemorate the death of Jesus. In this age, Christ Ahnsahnghong restored the Passover of the new covenant to open the way to the kingdom of heaven. Today, only the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) keeps the Passover. Jesus even said "I have eagerly desired to keep this Passover with you" (Luke 22:15.) It's the will of God to keep the Passover of the new covenant.
